Listening to someone from ABS hip hop? Do you think that works?
Idk I saw the infomercial, but if I buy what u think guys?
Let me tell you, I was so skeptical about this program, and as you, Ive seen so many infomercials your subject and then finally I decided to buy and I love it! I've lost 2 inches around my waist and 1 1 / 2 inches around my hips! Ive tried Taebo, yoga and running before, but these activities did not work for me to stop because they were only boring id and after 2-3 days for them! But HHA is totally different, not only going to get immediate results, but have fun at the same time!

I've heard of "ABS Hip Hop", and Core Latin Dance Exercise DVD's and stuff. Is there any other exercise Dancing DVD's or something where you can lose weight and get abs and stuff. Thanks

No hip-hop dance and what is your name?
When lying on your back and pull the legs / out and landing on your feet? I was trying do not always understand what the trick for that! Is the ABS? The legs? Any ideas would be great!
While in the back that you want to ensure that their feet are made so that when you bend your back leg will be ready to land. Now pull your legs and go directly to the vertical in the air.
