What is the abdominal binder do for you after a cesarean? ?
Hello dear colleagues, or who can answer! I had my baby on Friday 14 and it was a cesarean. I was given an abdominal binder but I wonder what is your overall goal. I wanted to take a little, but I do not know if a good idea. Every time I take it off I can see my belly move as a baby is still there, but my gynecologist says it is normal for many. But EUW! How much long it takes for the inconvenience of getting up from sitting on them go? I have to sleep in a recliner, because I can use in bed, it hurts. In no way is comfortable. When I feel good to put down? I seams on the inside, thank God, not staples.
I had two sections C. they never gave me a folder. I found if not moving around me in my stomach tightened and he was much more. I was able to prescribe. Segui is not moving.
