Has anyone every tried those Slendertone shorts for bum and thighs ???? If so, what did you think ?? Do they work ?
Not the shorts that pull you in…it’s toning shorts that send small electrical currents to your muscles.
They cost around one hundred pouns so i’m not going to fork out that unless i knew they worked.
No they don’t work to the point that I presume you would want. The electrical current training is used a lot by physios and the like to help people with little muscle function build up to a point where they can exercise completely. Companies like slender tone have jumped on this to play on our weaknesses. I mean who wouldn’t want firm buttocks by doing no work at all. It certainly sounds better than putting in all the hard work. But it just doesn’t work the muscles effectively enough. If you have really weak bum and thigh muscles then it may help a little but that is it.
I am afraid it is the hard work that gets the best results and you would be wasting your money.

I have a body of Slendertone toning belt, what would happen if I use more than recommended.?
We recommend the use of 3 times daily but I'm more inclined to use more than about 5 times.

I hate to be the only break you, but if one of these things, then you've thrown your money. I sure if this is the first, and then finally take a six pack you've always wanted, but you can not see through the fat that is always covered. These products are bad and were really designed for sports rehabilitation to athletes who can not exercise, but you must keep your muscles healthy. You'll better results if you just do abdominal crunches and eat well. And if this is the second … Sorry, you are stupid. The idea vibrating belt that was popular melt fat in the 1950s, but studies have shown that it has absolutely no effect.
