Good exercise routine? Advice maybe?

I am a girl of 16. I'm 5'1 and weight 112 pounds. My weight is perfect, but I have account of this last year I got lazy and lost my flat stomach. I want to tone and get my four pack abs. What I want is to start to warm up with abs of steel (which is only a couple of abdominal different style), through 15 minutes on the stair climber, and then ending with my ballet bar fluidity (which is basically like Pilate). Would this be good for me? I will also be swimming in the pool almost every day come summer time too.

The recommendation is a half hour a day, I think, but my stepfather is more or less in a lot of sport, health and Fitness, said that for a teenager of my age half an hour three times a week should be fine. I think your routine excerise is good, but perhaps ask someone at the gym or physical education teacher what they think would be good for you.

How can I get great abs? I am a little fat and I want to get fit again?

Exercise? Run? I do not have much free time and also an injury knee so maybe running is not the best solution. Thank you!

There are no site specific way of losing fat … the old myth about how to work your abs to burn belly fat is not true. To get rid of love handles, you need to lose fat in general. That happens with exercise and watching your diet. More on this later. The most effective way to lose fat is aerobic exercise in the "moderate" fat burning range, ideally in the morning before eating. When you wake your body is ready to burn fat and levels of growth hormone are highest at that time. Later in the day can take up to 30 minutes just to put your body in a way of burning fat. Another way to bypass to burn fat is by lifting weights. Calorie needs of skeletal muscle has very high … almost twice that of adipose (fat) tissue. Put in a small muscle and burn calories all day even at rest. Be aware that skeletal muscle weighs more, so with this approach can see the weight increasing while your body fat is melting. Not realizing this often stresses the people they think should be weight loss as a measure of fitness. Forget the scale, look in the mirror and be happy. For diet, keep a diary for a couple of weeks counting calories, grams protein, and grams of fat intake. It's easy with online sources of nutritional information (type the name of the food and calories in the Google search engine) and packaging labels. That will allow you to quickly find out where the fat is coming into your diet. Fat gives 9 calories per gram. Thus taking the number of grams of fat, multiply by 9, then calculate what percentage of calories from fat are your total daily calories. The restriction of calories from fat to 20% of its total consumption is ideal for a maintenance diet … it is not too restrictive. Of note, you need some fat in your diet. For example, the body uses fat to produce hormones. Once you have a picture of how to modify your diet, you can drop the diary and just go back to it occasionally if you Tweek is looking much more. There is a subset of the questions that goes further and asks about "How to get a six-pack? The answer is the same. Six Pack abs exercises are 20% and 80% diet. There is a warning … abdominal muscles are formed in the position to exercise, so be sure pulling strongly to the column to do sit-ups, etc. In addition, during most lifting, the core "is active" which means that you should be stabilization abs then too. If you are trying to build muscle as a way to lose fat, then you may have to increase total calories and specifically your protein intake. Hi guys and girls thanks for reading. Ive basically got the muscle – I am a rugby player (2nd row) and a part-time lifeguard, but I want to lose weight especially around my AB. so whats the best things to do? including exercises and shots of lime? – Im 16, 6 feet tall and 75 kilos, but not too fat, I just want a six pack, because I think it would give me more confidence in myself, anyuseful help would be appreciated, thank you very much! x

How to get a flat stomach without getting a six pack?

This may seem a little weird, but I want a flat stomach and I'm not sure how get one without a six pack. I use to do daily exercises and ab stuff, and I ended up getting a six pack, not a flat stomach. Any ideas? Pilates would be the answer, if you build muscle so much and so quickly. You develop a lean, flat stomach compared with a six-pack.
