AB What exercises are part of your routine?

Briefly describe your AB exercises. Do you know that an exercise that involves sitting on the floor ab with legs extended, while your knees to your chest, then extend your legs again? If so, can you describe this exercise more detail?

Ive been to wkout ab routine p90x and ripperx is great. I do not know if CUD xplai well or do ur legs to ur chest and ur arms come too. not sure wat its called. I in the P90X program

Overweight, 6'2 "want to get in shape, Plz HELP!?

Hello, Thanks for taking the time to see this topic. I'm 6'2 "and weighs about 215 and have little muscle and I am very weak for my size. Above all, I have fat, but I want to build muscles, lose boobs man and strengthen the upper body. Here's the thing: I have no time for my schedule to attend the gym and have a sedentary life style, I'm going to school (school secondary), back and stay home the rest of the day because of homework and study. I tried to fitness before making bombs, ab-slide, running and dieting. Hate diets and foods that do not eat junk food. I also feel uncomfortable exercising around others. Is there an easy way to do it, even if you have a long period of time b / c otherwise I feel I'm going to resign, as any other time. Please help me out! Thank you.

Trying to find the time, as the mornings at weekends to fit in time for training. What I did was wake up every morning and run an hour listening to music with my headphones. Lost 50 Thus pounds in a year and a half. Only the weekend. (California winters are generally Frost, haha) I know your situation may be different, but I'm sure you can take in a few hours each week. Maybe in the morning on weekends as well in shape. (Also I am as high school principal in charge of the task, I know exactly what is heard)
