Can I handle even doing P90X workouts?

Okay so I am 5'11 ", 180 pounds, but completely out of shape. Not can run a mile without stopping to walk, can barely pound out 20 push-ups without stopping, so I see all the great responses from people who have used P90X and I must say I'm interested. One of the big reasons I've never gotten into any physical form is not interested in going to a gym or work in public. With that being said based in my earlier statements, can my body even handle the P90X workout? I know this is extreme, and I want to. But my body will give me 2 minutes in the first training, it is not really worth my $ 80, because I would not be making the program the way it was designed. . .

Well for a newcomer Weightraining to choosing a program that suits your needs and can sometimes be very confusing and sometimes can become a trail and error process for those little experience in this whole area. Many people have an inadequate training program who spend year after year and ending with at best little or no results this is because they have too many exercises, training for too long and the formation of the same muscles day after day, or using the wrong form, which ultimately leads to overtraining, injury and failure. The three most important letters are Weightraining (SDB), which represents Squat, Benchpress dead weight. Why is it important you may ask? so these are core exercises that will greatly improve the overall power and strength and should be included in any program training. Squats, squats are a great workout for your quad muscles and, as I said before it is also a training base and as the thighs also work the glutes, hamstrings, abdominals and back muscles. Thus, squats are one of the best exerices. Deadweight; Ok to Deadlift are also one of the best exercises for strengthening training, if not the best, but many people are discouraged because they are at high risk of injury if not done so correectly form is essential here. With the correct way to hit back, lats, traps, quads, buttocks, arms and forearms, and even the abs. Deadlift produces more results than the bench press and squats. Bencpress, works all the pectoralis Benchpress majot, rectoralis minor anterior deltoid, serratus anterior and coracobrachialis another exerices good resistance. Diet; Many people make the mistake of thinking that lifting weights is all you have to do to get bigger muscle and is another reason that is not winning. Lift the weight is only 30% of supply, the other 60% (other 10% is sleep) has been reduced to their diet. A good diet is essential and they need to eat 2 grams of protein to 1 pound of body fat. Biceps are only small ones are likely to be overtraining so you should only do about 2 years biceps. Form, Shape is critical with all exercises, but more so when Deadlifting squats and I can not emphasize enough about the damage you round the back do if one of these exericses, do not let that stop you if. I want to get to the gym and get yourself a reservation with a qualified fitness instructor to get used to all the exercises, can mean you have to use the bar with no weight when you can start to master the form, but form more SHOULDN'Tsacrifice weight, can be expensive but well worth it.
