Okay need help getting some exercise for my abs (ABS) and pectoral (chest), to they seem more tones (though hardly has pecs to all, so I need some exercises that makes them much larger). I need it to be easy to understand, and to carry out. I do not want to include weights or exercises any type of equipment (so that I can do anywhere). I wish I had one for 4 workouts abdominal lower and one for the top, one for the most push-ups, and a juvenile Pectoral. If you have a training session for two at the same time its good. Ps: I difficult to use push ups, as I feel that I am always using my arms. So if you have any other exercise for the pectorals mobile it would be great, or you can I explain how to do push-ups correctly. All answers are appreciated! = D
Well … Abs: bending (If you find these easy to test them with a medicine ball behind your head Lie) wooden planks creak / Bridge (on your forehead and the rest in the arms, stomach and tense wait about 90secs) Pec: Fly Press with Dumbbell Bench Press Incline Push Ups (Its really not that hard, lie face down, push up until arms are fully extended and then slowly back down until your nose is touching the ground) PS I Know You Said You Did not Want teams drills, but they include the exercises without Arent more effective and much longer and more repetition. Your best bet would be to join the local gym and ask a staff member if you could plan a training you expect to help the

First …. not practice makes perfect … practice makes improvement … such thing as perfection im 5'6 "140 pounds and I played with older kids and bigger than me, but I still dominate the game with my skills. In basketball you need to play smart … look at the court to obtain an advantage n always know where ur teammates and opponents are … my opinion, but if you want more hops, to squat about 100-200 a day, a lot of squats and a lot to run a drill that ……. I can do to improve my shot is that some close to the rim, while firing from the freethrow with my eyes close and improves ur accuracy
3 days ago I started doing push-ups I've done 150 days for 3 days now .. but I have this Sharp pain in my abs .. as little more than the bra is on the front .. it hurts when I do something and have pain in my neck and my upper back .. Is this serious? Or just because its the first few days?
there is nothing wrong. your abdominal muscles are torn muscles and are being repaired. is aa couple of days fine. good luck.
