Six Pack / ABS / ABS. Strong abs, but I show what I can do?
I have a fairly strong base, like me od my sets of abdominal 40kg/45kg resistance from the machine I have relatively little body fat and a flat stomach, not like in the pot / beer belly and I'm pretty thin even individual tonic (5.10 11 stone). You must HVE very low body fat to see your abs. But I met a very cool abdominal exercise. Take 2 dumbbells quite Heavy legs and lie on the floor. Keep the weights above you – the right arm above you as if you start to fly and keep them there and then Dumbell lift your leg, while the arms are. The weights keep your back flat on the floor, fully compatible and lower abdominals do not know what hit them, exercise is also impressive. Do 4 sets of 10-15 to start and increase gradually.

No extension of the finger. If the guitar is too large, then you should expect. But my son who is 11 can not play my normal size. He gave me a scale of 3 / 4 without embargo. You will need a 3 / 4 scale guitar if you feel that you have is too big. Not a problem if you feel more comfortable to shorten the leash and sat down.

hey I am a boy of 14 who is generally good in sport and active I have to burn some fat around my front lower abs and obliques (side height) .. I heard that the only fat burning cardiovascular exercise, when heart rate is at its formation .. So I need to work on cardio exercises such as cycling, swimming, jogging, etc.. but I do not know what is better / faster way to get a flat stomach and waist: / I need a system that can be done once a day and should take 60 to 100 minutes of my time and provides a plane, more toned stomach. and if someone could tell me how long it take to see results .. 3 to 5 weeks would be ideal, but something tells me is too ambitious. if someone could recommend what to do cardio to tone the stomach, it would be much appreciated.
