I've been good diet and do cardio 2 1 / 2 hours a day and I lost most of my fat belly, if I keep this i finally get to see my abs and I do weight training or doing ab exercises really work?

Here is a picture of my stomach now. Therefore, this is not drinking beer. Are there any recommendations for a certain diet I follow?
try to eat less fat substances. but still doing sit-ups and run! run is key, many of cardio too. because cracks that tonein the muscles under your fat. ABS appear once begin to do cardio exercises. although seems not only is helping to keep at it! will bear fruit eventually. I had the same problem as you, except I'm a chicken lol, but should not matter. drink plenty of water btw. But what I did was go to the gym and asked someone who worked there I could do at home to get rid of it. Good luck and best wishes

Do you really need good exercises to work my ab muscles without machines, weights, or down. I'm at work now .. So those are the issue. But I do not mind looking stupid!
Hmm there are only a few I can think of machines that do not require weights or down. 1. Empty stomach (Suck in your stomach as tight as you can and hold for 20 seconds and then let it go and start over) 2. Cracking Seat (While you are sitting put his arms over his chest making an X and tighten the abdominal muscles that the elbows touch the thighs, then sit right and do it again. Do about 20-25 of them. 3. Sitting boards – Something like the empty stomach but instead of aiming at the stomach and the conclusion, only contract your abs so that they are really tight and keep it.
