I want a work out routine?
Arms, legs, abs, anything that has an exercise, I get a perfect body as soon as you can, I have a benchpress (70lbs) and I have 10 bells bumb pound. That's all I have, I give all the training information as you can, all that is for any part of the body to make me fitter and have a better body, please and thanks
Here is my workout … you may want test. You can do so at any time of day, I guess. 1) Walk half a mile, run the other way. 2) 80 set-ups 3) 40 leg presses 4) I do 30 curls with a 30pd, Pd but only 10 so just relax more. 5) I Do 10, 100pd bench press, which enjoys 15 70pd 6) sometimes I do calf raises (standing on tiptoe, then down repeatedly) and 80 of these. That's my personal training routine, I'm not a big guy, but I'm in shape so I guess it does something. High as you can whities please so you can fit you. Or, you obviously do not have to use it at all lol
As I am not a big guy, so if you are looking for the body workout building type then I'd use someone else. And you should eat right and all that crap … blah blah … Haha, and hope it helps, Goodluck!
