If you want good abs you should try to think of what is called training turbulence or interval training … which are periods of high intensity work followed by periods of rest or low work intensity. combines an element of force (to build lean tissue) and cardio-vascular component (fat burning). this type of training leads to an effect known as COPD … surplus after (year): oxygen consumption. Is the burn of lactic acid accumulation, torn muscle cells, fat burning, or something more?
