DALLAS, Dec. twenty-seven (UPI) — Getting in figure prior to skiing — or any winter competition — is the most appropriate approach to forestall injury, U.S. orthopedic sports experts say.

Dr. Robert Dimeff, highbrow of orthopedic operation during the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, advises exercises to make firm the body’s core as good as legs — quite the abdominal, reduce back, hip as good as reduce leg muscles.
